I did the Mount Washington Ride to the Sky yesterday. For two days during Laconia Bike Week, they close the road to cars and open it to motorcycles only. I did this ride on my Honda Silverwing years ago. I’d always meant to repeat the trip on my Honda PC800, but never did. Now that I’ve put it back on the road, it was time.
The engine ran a bit warm on the way up, which is to be expected given the high load and low speed, but the bike ran perfectly all the way up and down the mountain. It earned and now wears this sticker, which I always knew would fit perfectly underneath the license plate.
