Behind the Scenes of Ken Block’s Rally Car Fire

At the last minute, I found myself driving to Maine early Friday morning to work as an amateur radio operator for the New England Forest Rally. I was one of two radio people assigned to the midpoint relay location on the Icicle Brook stage. It was business as usual until Ken Block crashed, setting both his car and the forest on fire.
